I am amazed at the customer service excellence I received at this location. The manager Ace was extremely accommodating and thorough. His staff provided the same consistent service. I received a service call to see if i was enjoying the car and had any concerns or questions the following day and 3 weeks later Kimmy also followed up with me regarding my insurance claim and when I told her I would be in but was on a time crunch she made sure all members of the team were aware and ready to assist. 5 stars. Definitely a great location. Thank you.

I've been renting from Enterprise for years after a bad customer service experience at one of their competitors. The staff at this location are always friendly, helpful, and looking to get the best experience for you. Highly recommended Enterprise and this specific location is definitely top notch. A++

Amazing experience, went there to get rental for insurance claim. Staff very friendly. Was picked up by a very nice girl, very friendly. I dealt with a very beautiful girl called Kimmy who was very professional and helped me with the rental. I was given a great SUV. Very impressed with the level of service received, will be sure to rent from this location again!

I was involved in a little accident, and I called ahead and told them situation in a very detailed manner. They looked into it and told me I would need to make a specific amount as a deposit. I went in to the location and they told me I needed to pay double what the lady on instructed me to do, and I know I'm not mistaken because I went over the phone very carefully with her and she explained to me, but the employees were giving me another story as in why I needed to pay teoxd as much

Worst Customer Services Experience EVER!!!! I have religiously rented from enterprise multiple times a year for many many years. This rental experience started out great I was given an upgrade (being gold tier level I get two upgrades a year and I was also waiting outside in the cold with my son for 40 min because the car they were going to give me had a flat tire) and went on my way. I needed to extend my rental and when I went in to rewrite the contract the very rude "manager" told me I should have not been given the car I was given for the price I was paying. Basically he acted like I did something wrong by getting this upgrade. He then went on to tell me that he would not let me continue renting it for the same price that I was paying and then went to raise the rental price $100. OK fine I accept it and rented the car for an extra 100 for the week. My current car is in the repair shop and I was notified that it would not be ready for another week so I called the office once again to see if I was able to extend and they basically told me sure but I had to come in again to rewrite the contract but the price would be over double what i'm paying now. That's the thanks you get for spending over $1300 a month on a rental. I spend thousands of dollars a year with Enterprise and that STOPS now. Good job Enterprise Markham your lovely manager just lost a Loyal customer. JENN V
