Great staff very friendly. The branch manger Jay super nice guy he looks after every detail. Great experience and I always rent from Enterprise.

Branch Manager Jack had no willingness to help and refused to honor the reservation because I was late to pick up the vehicle by 1 hour 40 minutes and called them 1 hour earlier that I am coming late. I am picking up vehicle every weekend from this location for last six months and by far this is the worst ever customer service experience at this location. The assistant manager Chad was willing to help in a similar situation earlier when he didn't have cars but he sent drivers to pick cars from another location.

Employee Chad is externally rude and dishonest , he will constantly change the rental rate on you when I called in the same day within a hour of each call to confirm, he gave me a rate of 27 a day for a compact and within a hour when I called back to book he changed the rate to 40 a day, I would suggest you avoid Chad and ask for other staff

I was delivered a new car from another location because my car was in an accident. When it was brought to me there was glue on the back door and told it was the peal from the dealership because it was new. I was told to take it back to any location, so I took it back of course to the closest locations which was this one. When they look at the car they said that there was scratches on the back door I told them it was glue. I said call the other location to verify but they did not and insisted that it was a scratch. I was late for work and they made me stay until they went and check to see if it was glue. Which took another 15 minuets. The girl at the counter said that I don't have any patience. I said all you have to do is call the other location and they will verify what it is but she never pick up the phone and call. This is by far the worst service I have had in a long time.
