Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Completely unprofessional and what I believe to be prejudice experience. My friend and I wanted to rent a car for the weekend. We confirmed several times that we were able to leave a cash deposit rather than a credit card as long as we had the additional supporting documents required. We called the location twice and we ALSO spoke to customer service to ensure that the information posted on the website was correct. Upon arrival to the location to pick up the rental, a very rude and dismissive customer service rep, who turned out the be the manager, informed my friend that despite what the THREE individuals and website state she would not be able to rent a vehicle without a credit card. After going back and forth for a few minutes he turned his back to now ignore her and expected her to just leave. Outside, we decided to call customer service to clarify what we had already been told several times. The representative said that the manager was not following company policy and confirmed yet again that we did not need a credit card as long as we had the deposit and required documentation. My friend then went back in and asked to speak to the manager who, left her waiting for 10 minutes before he came back out of his office to speak with her. Finally, she asked the representative on the phone to speak with the manager directly— she reiterated the company policy to him and told him she did not understand why he wasn’t following protocol. The manager still refused and said he was not renting the car without a credit card and that was final. The telephone representative was lovely and escalated the situation but said it could not be resolved right away. This is UNACCEPTABLE for such a large company to not have the resources on hand to resolve a matter that could essentially ruin a customer’s TRAVEL plans. The manager displayed complete disrespect to us as customers and used what I believe to be his own bias in making company decisions rather than following company policy. He obviously didn’t think we would escalate the situation or write a review because had he known, he may have tried to treat my friend with a bit more respect. This completely ruined our weekend plans and cost us the money we spent on our getaway. These types of incidents cost customers money and ruins plans— no one rents a car for no reason. Enterprise should take the time to go over company policy, how to treat customers and basic human decency with the manager of this location. Fellow customers, or at least customers who don’t fit the requirements of this manager— steer clear of this location and possibly Enterprise as a whole.

Rented a car for 2 weeks because my car was hit in an accident. the staffs there are friendly and professional. The entire process was very smooth.

Fast service, clean car, professional customer service ... was in and out in like 15 mins, I'd rent a car from them again.

We were late getting there, but Shariar Sadmun made sure he stayed open past business hours to make sure his customers were looked after. We left with a good deal and a smile on our face thanks Shar. We’ll definitely rent from here again.

Customer Service is good, they also offer free pick up and drop off services.
