At first I wasn't sure about this location but I needed a rental for a road trip since my winter tires haven't been swapped yet. The service that Tim provided was fantastic. He demonstrated excellent customer service and even offered some tips regarding the rental. I will be using this location down the road if a rental is needed.

Excellent customer service by Tim! Badly needed a vehicle to suit my needs and Tim helped me out with the perfect ride at the last minute. - Inspite of being swamped with phone calls and customers, he was polite, courteous and asked if I had any questions during pickup. The process was also quick and efficient. - The car was in great condition and well cleaned. - The return process was just as easy. - Location is a bit far but worth it with low prices. - Location has adjacent gas station. - 3 min to Dar ul Khair mosque so made my Fri getaway so much easier. X Only bad thing had nothing to do with Enterprise... during pickup the guy on the Carstar front desk (at the other end of the hall they share with Enterprise) was talking to his customers and then swearing about them to co-workers loudly with F words after hanging up... Unprofessional when your neighbour's customers are there!

Thank you to the Stouffville Enterprise for ensuring the entire rental process was seamless. It was a tough week with both my car and my husband's car going down and Dave at enterprise made our lives so much easier. From picking me up, to extending our rental for a great deal, but most importantly he truly cared about our convenience! Thank you so much!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Stouffville is the location to go to for all your car rental needs!!! My family and I had such friendly and professional customer service from the first day we phoned in to Enterprise Rent-A-Car Stouffville. Enterprise Rent-A-Car shares their building with CARSTAR. Enterprise used to be located on Main Street but have since moved to 70 Norman Jones Place. We dealt mainly with Tim who was genuinely helpful and ensured our satisfaction both on the phone and in person. We originally were given an upgraded vehicle since that's what was available to us at the time. Tim also assisted us with switching the vehicles from a large GMC Yukon to a Mitsubishi Outlander, which was more like the SUV we were accustomed to driving, as soon as it became available. The wonderful thing was that we didn't even have to leave our home for the switch out of vehicles. Their driver Kobe came to our home to switch the vehicles without any hassle. Both vehicles were thoroughly cleaned inside and out and came with a snow brush (which was especially useful since we did have a couple of snow days during our rental period). They also have great drivers. We had the opportunity to be driven home by two of their drivers, Kobe and Anojen. Both drove smoothly and were able to carry a nice conversation throughout the ride. We felt safe in the vehicles with them. We returned our car to Eric who was equally as professional as the rest of the team we encountered. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car Stouffville for all your car rental needs!!!

Friendly and prompt service. Didn't have the car I booked so they upgraded. Definitely booking again.
