Everything is always ready when I arrive. There any always a good assortment of cars to choose from and I always find one that suits me. the exit process is smooth and I am quickly o n my way, there are never any delays. When I turn the car back in, it is processed quickly and efficiently and I am on my way to the terminal. Everyone at National is always courteous in French and in English.

Rented two times with few days in between from Montreal airport and in both cases, inside of the car was not clean! or rather disgusting! Far from National standards that I know of! Should try different car rental at Montreal airport.

Excellent and quick service, especially if you are member of the Emerald Club. As promised, choose any car in the aisle and drive away within minutes. Drop off was even easier. In and out in less than 2 minutes.

Every time I come to Canada I start my trip from Montreal or Toronto airport with meeting my new rent a car at National parking. Very helpful and welcoming. Big saving as well with the Emerald card and best offers ever. Pretty new cars from luxury to compacts and 4X4 to van. Twenty years and still a loyal customer. Special Thanks to Dan at Dorval airport location for his pro care :)

National's Emerald Club service works very well. Fast and without hassle. I had the opportunity this time to select a Nissan SUV with less than 5000km. It was very clean inside which is not easy considering Montreal winters. Car drove very well. Check-in and check-out service was quick. Staff was extremely friendly.
