My last name is Hertz and I rent from Enterprise. Everyone there is nice to talk to and friendly. The one thing I would say that could use a little improvement is letting customers know when the store will be closed for dropping off vehicles.

Rented a car for my daughter and we did a walk around knowing all the damage. The gentleman walking around said we know about all of these scratches and small dents. You won't be charged for anything unless it's major. Well guess what... Security deposit was not refunded because of the damage. I hope he got Commission on it because it's a scam. Write everything down if you go here. Or better yet pick a different place unless it's an emergency.

I have encountered a few other Enterprise locations and this one has the best customer service by far. Now I came to them with a few difficult situations and every time they were completely understanding and helped me as best as they could. Even when I picked up my car at closing, they spent the appropriate time without rush, or anger and really spent time with my pick-up. Most people would have rushed me out of the door!

I rent weekly. Every time I go to the Southgate, Michigan location the staff takes really good care of me. If there’s a certain vehicle I need, they try their best to find it for me. Fast, professional and friendly service. I even bring donuts every other week. You
