ON 6.7.23 I GOES BACK TO ENTERPRISE AND TALKED TO JOSH AND GOT XAVIER'S NAME I NEEDED IT FOR CORPORATE AND JOSH SAID OH THAT'S WHY YOU CAME BACK IN HERE ETC.. I TOLD HIM YES AND I GOT WHAT I NEEDED DONE HE SAID WHERE DID YOU GO ETC.. HE LOOKED UP MY ACCOUNT AND SAID OH YOU CALLED TEXAS I SAID NO I CALLED 855 266 9565 HE WANTED TO ARGUE LIKE A LIL BITCH WE EXCHANGED A FEW WORDS I TOLD HIM Y'ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHIT AND I WON'T BE BACK HERE.. JOSH THEN SAID I DID NOTHING BUT TRIED TO HELP YOU WHICH YOU DID BUT YOU BIG MAD CAUSE I GOT THE DRIVER ON AND IT WAS HELL FROM THERE I'LL NEVER RENT FOR LINCOLN PARK ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL AGAIN THEY SAY NEVER SAY NEVER BUT I PROMISE I WON'T RENT FROM THERE AGAIN IN LIFE

I WILLL NEVER RENT FROM LINCOLN PARK ENTERPRISE AGAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. HAD TO WAIT 1.5 FOR A RENTAL ON 6.5.23 DIDN'T GET A COURTESY CALL TO SEE IF I STILL WANTED THE RENTAL XAVIER WOULDN'T LET ME ADD AN ADDITONAL DRIVER ON WHEN HE DIDN'T EVEN ASK WHO THE OTHER DRIVER WAS WHEN IT STATES YOU CAN ADD A SPOUSE OR DOMESTIC PARTNER HE SAID I NEEDED A CREDIT CARD WHICH YOU DO NOT NEED 1 STATES THAT ON THEIR WEBSITE WHEN I SAID I WAS GOING SOMEWHERE TO ADD THEM HE PUTS NOTES ON MY ACCOUNT AND TYLER FROM WOODHAVEN ENTERPRISE CALLED AND LIED TO XAVIER AND TOLD HIM I SAID IT WAS OK TO ADD THEM WOODHAVEN DIDN'T EVEN ASK ME WHO WAS THE PERSON I WAS ADDING THEY TOLDL ME THE SAME THING AND I TOLD THEM WELL IT DOESN'T SAY THAT ON THEIR WEBSITE I WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE AIRPORT TO ADD THEM AFTER I TALKED TO CORPORATE TO LINCOLN PARK'S AND WOODHAVEN'S ENTERPRISE

Didn't tell me what it would actually cost and sold me extras that where not extra (except price) quoted me $450 for a car. It cost $950 + deposit. Almost had to cancel my first family vacation.

The car had tape on front windshield because it had been replaced. Kind of felt like I was driving a hoopty all week. Air freshener was way overpowering for about the 1st 4hrs of rental. Probably had used extra to overcome dog smell. It was obvious the last person who had the car had been driving with a dog. Back seat was covered in dog hair. So much so my daughter who was back seat passenger had to take allergy meds. Also inside of back windows were covered in dried dog slobber. Car ran well. Person at desk was nice. Paid more here than I would have for a slightly larger car through Alamo. When I returned it the girl told me she was going to credit me a day for the dirty car etc, but that ended up putting at a 6 day rental rather than a week so it only amounted to a dollar and change refund beyond my deposit, but I didn't realize until I had left because I had opted for emailed receipt. Next time I will go to Budget or Alamo.
