We have rented from Executive on a number of occasions and have always been SO impressed with the customer service, the value, and the entire overall experience. Mark and John have been wonderful to work with every time and they remember us when we return for our next rental. Now that is great customer service! The shuttle drivers are courteous, the check-in staff are friendly and accommodating, and the cars are always in great shape. They really go above and beyond in their efforts to create a seamless experience! We would never rent from anyone else whenever we are in a location that they serve and they are growing so keep a watch out for new service locations. Thanks so much for your excellent service! We look forward to many more rentals in the future.

I have been using Executive Car Rental’s, Wick Rd. location in Michigan for almost two years. I am always given a convenient shuttle to the location within 5 minutes of my arrival to the shuttle stop. The drivers are always very sweet and attentive. I always have short wait times to speak with an agent, if there’s even a wait at all. They get you in and out and appreciate repeat customers. I ALWAYS have pleasant experiences, and the cars are clean and come with tools for winter weather in Michigan. Which is helpful for me, because I’m from a warmer climate. The drop off experience is even faster than check in, they come to you with an iPad and all you have to do is go catch the shuttle, at anytime 24/7. John is responsible for this location and he’s a people person and he genuinely cares. I ALWAYS get my deposit back in a timely fashion. And the rates are AMAZING!

Customer service is NOT the name of their game. Also be prepared to wait at least a month to get your deposit back along with having to make several phone calls just to be told they already processed it when they haven’t. Most rental car companies just have it pending on your credit card and when you turn the car in it falls off and they never process it. This company actually charges your card the deposit and then takes an eternity to return it. Thomas and another lady employee that I spoke to at Executive are very rude and know nothing about customer service. Even though this place is a couple dollars cheaper than the other big name companies I won’t be renting through them again. I’ve tried to give them chances to redeem themselves time and time again but they just can’t seem to get it together. Also their shuttles take forever to drop off and pick up. Enterprise makes, on average, about 3 pickups and drop offs before theirs showed up. The only positive thing about this place is that the bus drivers are very nice. Also be prepared to wait a very long time once you arrive to Executive because what’s better then a longass wait after you’ve just spent hours on a plane and just want to get your rental car and get to your destination?! For some reason they only have one person working behind the counter. And then you will be greeted with an attitude and lies (they say 5-7 days about the deposit, beware it’s NOT TRUE!)

Rachel helped me with my rental. She was great. The car drove well and was clean. The rate was excellent. The airport shuttle was easy to find and was timely. I would rent from them again.

Was traveling for my mother’s funeral and the business I was renting a car from was not accommodating. Went to their office and the gentleman there this late evening was extremely pleasant and engaging. In out in about 30 minutes. Car was clean, no issues and upon return dropped car off, was greeted immediately, checked gas and that was it. But really what was impressive the driver to the airport was right there, took our bags and off we went. All of them were very professional. I will use again.
