Unfortunately the only way to get to rental places is by shuttle bus. Hate this as sometime have to wait up to 20 minutes and this is the last thing you need after long flight. Nevertheless, when I get to rental place (I have rented car there at least dozen of times with different rental companies) the queue moves very quick, also having a membership helps to get through quickly.

It's a decent rental place. Car wasn't assigned for preferred plus. Had to wait in line.

We are a preferred member of one of the major car rental agencies and our car was not ready. Nor was it ready for any of the other preferred members who had arrived at the same time. In addition, we were guaranteed a certain level of car and when we got to the counter they had given all of our level of car away already. The representative tried to argue with us about what we were actually allowed to have which was ridiculous because we could easily show this was the car we were guaranteed per our confirmation and that would mean we rented anything of equal or lesser value. When we pushed back a bit she was a little huffy with us. Not a really great experience when you're tired and just trying to finish out your trip.

All the "on airport" rentals are too far from the airport, compared to other large airports. The rental dropoff is in the open, so prepare to get drenched when dropping off if it's raining.
