When making 3rd party reservations (Expedia, etc) PLEASE be aware of fluctuating daily rates! My reservation was for a compact car for approximately $21/per day. I was issued a pickup truck at $40/day after the rhetoric of being told there was no extra price for the upgrade in vehicle all while the daily rate increased by $19/day. Don't be misled. The up side is that the location operates 24 hours & the return was pretty seamless.

Avis Preferred is amazing. I love getting an email just telling me where my car is and I go straight to it from the shuttle. The shuttles are prompt. The cars are nice. Can’t recommend Avis enough.

Yes there was a long wait when I picked up the car, but it's a major airport so it didn't bother me too much. The staff was friendly and courteous, which was nice given they probably were getting an earful from other customers about the wait time. Upon return, no hassles. Drove in the line, and the woman checked me out quickly, gave me a receipt and I was in my way in their shuttle in under 5 minutes. 🤷‍♀️

Only place I will rent. Avis preferred is the best experience in rental companies I’ve had. The airport location has a large variety of cars so me and my kids always have great options but being able to pull up and go is the best no line no hassles I love it... if you do have to go into the office VINCENT PARKER is the best, great attitude gets customers in and out

It was the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had! It took us almost 2 hours to finish the pick up procedure. The lady who was serving us was way too talkative and she tried to add some extra charges even though we said that we don’t need any extra services and we are not gonna spend more money, because the car is rented by our company and the price is already approved. When we got a receipt we noticed that 170$ have been added to our price. We made her cancel it and she said it was added automatically and it’s not her fault, which makes no sense. All services that we needed were already included in our price and nothing could be added by “accident”. She tried to avoid the conflict and said it’s just a deposit and reduced that amount to 40$. We asked her at least 5 times if it’s really just a deposit and is gonna be returned back to the account. We made her print out receipt where that amount is mentioned as a deposit. She said it is. And today I see that 40$ were withdrawn from my account. I had to call customer service and they said that it was not a deposit but a charge included to our rent. The lady on the phone was really nice and she apologized for that employee and said my money will be returned to my account.
