No complaints. Price was perfect. Car was good. Didn't have to wait around for a shuttle back and forth to Detroit Metropolitan Airport. They provided quick transportation back and forth. Put my luggage in their shuttles for me. Please be sure to leave a little tip to the driver if you let them help you. They are not getting rich driving us around. A couple bucks is fine. Myself being disabled, I totally appreciated the help with my luggage. Would definitely rent from them again. I think they are a little busier than some of the other rental agencies, so book in advance if you want to rent from them.

I used Thrifty for a weekend trip. They had the best prices from other rental agencies I was looking at. Very friendly and joyful staff during my pick-up and return time

The staff here even at check-in after midnight were friendly. I checked in without an issue and received a free upgrade when the rep saw that the three of us traveling together would not fit comfortably in the Economy size car I reserved. We were in town for a funeral and would be there for approximately 48 hours so I figured an Economy car would be cost efficient especially after spending $500 on last minute airfare. Thank you Thrifty Car Rental Staff. The car was awesome; very comfortable with lots of features.

The guy that took us to the cars didn't explain much when we arrived around midnight to pick up our vehicle. Had to guess at where to go to get out of the lot. The trip back was good and the lady was quick and polite. I would use them again.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Reserved a car through Expedia, yet they charged me more even though I didn't add anything. They definitely won't pick their car up or shuttle you anywhere. They charge fees to return your car early.
