Not the easiest to find but it was much cheaper than renting from the airport. Service was great but their fleet is not. Car was dirty and smelled like someone just hotboxed it with weed and cigarettes before handing over the keys. We figured it was the past customer but no quality control was done. It all made sense when dropping off and we noticed the guy bringing the cars around was working with a cigarette in his mouth. Maybe because it's located in a Sears that is closing down as to why they don't have top shelf vehicles available. Should have paid extra to rent from the airport.

Had a reservation took about 1.5 hours before we could actually be serviced was presented with 2 cars both were dirty. Mr. Frank K???kis is a rude and disrespectful human being. His attitude at the time of pick up and drop off was atrocious. Will not be giving them any future business. Also watch your credit card statement for fraud I was told they needed $100.00 deposit then when I drop the card off it's a whole different story. Also found previous renters information in the car. If they actually cleaned them they would have found it vs me.

Placed a reservation. Stood in line for 25 min as "Kareem" I think his name was, rented the same car I reserved to a young man with no credit card, not enough money in his debit account and NO reservation. 25 min and a lot of computer work later the young man steps away and I step up and am told that he just rented the last make and model that I reserved. I know why this young man got preferential treatment. I do not recommend this location or this company to anyone and will never go back.
