Very helpful and friendly. Top notch service. Had a rental from Pattyco while dealing with a collision repair. I wish the rest of the process went as smoothly as renting a vehicle from this great local business.

Good place, got us what we needed right away. They seem honest too. We left a pair of sunglasses in the car and they called us and let us know so we could go pic them up. So definitely would rent from them again!

I recently called to inquire about renting a vehicle for a weekend trip this past February and was looking for an upgraded car aside from my regular go to with Enterprise. I had a few questions, naturally, as I have never heard of this company before. I was speaking directly to the owner, Patty, and after a few words of exchange she sounded a bit impatient, spoke with a snarky attitude about price of vehicle (really?) and blatantly stated that she’s about to close (it was close to 6) and rushed me off the phone. For that reason alone I didn’t even want to follow up and was shocked at the lack of quality customer service. I’m also a local business owner and can never imagine a time when speaking to a perspective customer that this would be appropriate. The lack of care for customers who actually keep you in the employ is embarrassing.

They helped us out big time with last minute moving. Great service and awesome to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them whenever I need to move or rent a truck in the future. Thanks again.
