Inexperienced staff, rental car didn't have a panel without damage, was unclean on the outside and smelled terrible on the inside. My company will ensure we go elsewhere for future requirements.

I booked with expedia for a pickup at the train station however when I arrived they had not left me a car. Someone had to come pick me up. The service in the store was friendly and helpful and they upgraded me for the same price.

Booked a car days in advance, call the day of and they say: We don't have the car that you wanted, and also we don't have any cars right now, there is a waitlist and you're 8th on the list. I call 2 hours later, half an hour before closing: you're 7th on the list. Me: "At this rate I'm gonna get my car by the middle of the next week" Them: "Sir we can't control how many people return cars per day" Me: "Well how do other companies do it? Cause I've never had this issue" Them: "There are no cars in the city" Me: "I should have looked at the google reviews before I booked this. This was a waste of time" Them: "I find google reviews to be negative for no reason" LOOL Do not waste your time with this awful company

Booked rental car months in advance and they were still unsure of what vehicle to give us. We needed an SUV because we travelled with our infant and the “SUV” they gave us had to have all the seats folded down to accommodate the car seat and stroller after flying across the country with an infant and 45 mins of filling out paper work I had already filled out online, we were too fed up to switch. We received a follow up email asking how our experience was and when I let them know, they told us they can’t do anything for us because the Toyota CHR is an SUV to them. We also paid for (and have proof of payment) insurance when we booked online, but they had no record of this when we rented our car and we had to pay an additional $30 for insurance. We also never used the shuttle service and got our own transportation to pick the car up but was still charged a shuttle/airport fee. I have received multiple emails from the company asking us how they handled my complaint because they “strive for the highest level of customer care”. When I reached out about all of these issues I was told it was basically my own problem. In summary, they were unorganized, unprofessional, uncaring and a major disappointment. I will never use them again. Hope this makes someone else’s trip a little easier 😊

Not organized. I booked a car at 9:30 but then be told to wait for 2 or 3 hours for a car. We have plans and totally be wasted!
