I must give kudos to Discount Car and Truck rental. I arrived a few minutes early to pick up the 16 foot cube van I reserved ahead of time. Although the agent was not quite ready to process my rental it wasn't long before he had the paperwork ready. The truck was quite new and in good repair except for the cracked side view mirror which was still usable. The truck worked great and the price was about half the cost of a popular competitors 18 foot truck. I was very pleased with the experience and will definitely choose Discount next time the need arises.

I appreciate all the smiling staff of this company with professionalism. And 5 stars for all but one plus more for Katherine. Thanks

I had a wonderful experience with them! I rented a pick-up truck to move all my stuffs to another town. I find them more affordable than others because of the unlimited mileage offer. Staff (Shannon) was also super friendly and was able to help me with all my concerns. So, they definitely deserve 5 stars! In my experience, it was better to book in person than online because the information online is limited. I tried to book it over the internet at first but some of the info are misleading. Good thing, someone suggested to go to the office so I can ask questions and clear my doubts. Thankfully, Shannon was able to help me out 👍🏻

They were very accommodating at the Kitchener store on Weber St when we phoned to let them know that we couldn’t get back to the store on time because we were held up by traffic. We were transporting dogs (in crates!) in a cargo van from their spay/neuter surgeries. Affordability is important because we have limited funds as a rescue organization. We will definitely use this location again! Thank you!

Just moved into town & needed a last minute truck that I booked online. Their team was very professional and by the books when it comes to the business however original and down to earth people. I also just asked if they had an offers and they simply added an extra 50km. Thank you all!
