Just came back from dropping my little girl off at school and when returned a United truck was parked in front of my drive way. Driver refused to move. Had to get my dogs to the vet. The larger gentleman states they can walk. I asked just move 30 feet so I can enter my driveway. He said you better not be coming back today because I'm not moving for you all day. Wow no considerartion for surrounding neighbors. Dissappointing. And we have a 4 bay garage to move. At least I know who not to use. Thank god that company revealed their true employees. I guess Im on the hunt for another mover because of 2 employees.

Just got off the phone with a member of the staff who was so very helpful. We will definitely use them again. Very courteous as well. Thank you very much United Rentals in Kingston!

Poor customer service, closed on weekends (who is closed on Saturday in this day and age?), high prices - a business to avoid. I was quoted one price on the phone and a different price in person. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I will not be returning as Kingston has a number of superior rental locations.
