This location is always the best for me. I know it can be a little busy and sometimes I don’t get the car i want to but I’d say it’s my fault cause I come pretty late. So to get the best out of the best!! I’d say be early... Customer service is outstanding.... super friendly... Highly recommended...

The team here is great. I had to get used to renting outside of the airport but they really did their best to ensure satisfaction. You can't go wrong renting through the team here. Ask for Chad he will definitely take care of you! Excellent service!

Great service. Everyone was very friendly and was in and out with the rental in under 20 min. Returning was even easier. 10/10

BECAREFUL READ FIRST THESE guys are a FRUAD, I had to get a rental car from them after a accident, not only were they so rude but they tried to scam me, they gave me a Dodge Charger....the car has scratches in the back when I asked about the scratches he immediately said “don’t worry about it, it’s only if it’s severe damage” without thinking and being excited to drive it I said okay signed away it’s “perfect condition” after dropping it off at a Vaughn location, one of the employees tried to fault Me for the scratches... nearly 500$!! Which a scratch is no where near what are you guys doing replacing a bumper!!!!! Be careful always take pictures when you receive the car you can’t trust these people . They are fruadsters..

Would never visit this Enterprise again. I had an issue with insurance coverage on one credit card and wanted to change cards...Adam the manager was the most unhelpful and arrogant son of a gun I have dealt with in a long time. I called Customer service about the issue and he actually said,"They don't know what they're talking about, probably just some guy that's been there a month or two". I called customer service three times with three different staff and they all gave me the same response of "Yes that mananger can do what you're asking him to do." WOW!!!! Three customer service reps who "don't know what they're talking about", they also all apologized for this guy. I love Enterprise and will only go to the Barrie Central location. Way better and understanding helpful staff. Ask for Bob/Robert to pick you up. Super interesting guy!
