I've rented from Enterprise in other cities when I've traveled and I rented a moving vehicle one time when I was moving. The moving van was great, very large and new. I enjoyed renting it. These days I don't travel or move as much and I get limited exposure to Enterprise, with the exception of the Amazon delivery man who uses an Enterprise moving vehicle. I think it is great that Amazon is relying upon Enterprise for their infrastructure needs to ensure their customers receive reliable and consistent service. I think Enterprise does a lot more than providing rental vehicles, they are a part of the national fabric of our society and an extension of our door to door mailing and delivery service.

This is the worst location. Terrible customer service. Not only was the girl rude but she told me other locations were not doing their jobs right and that she was. I wasn't allowed to pay for my rental the day I picked it up. Which I've been able to do at the Aurora location EVERY single time I've rented a car. It also states in my email that payment is due upon pickup of the rental!!!! So instead of renting a car for four days. I rented a car for one because I NEEDED the car. Jamie not only costed this location money but I will NEVER return to this location because of her. To add insult to injury she put my drop off time an hour earlier than I wanted. I picked the car up at 9:30am and have to drop it off at 8:30am the next morning?!! Not even a full day. And yes that extra hour matters a lot when I have a 5 year old that I have to bring along and at that time is a huge inconvenience!!!! Worst part is when I requested to talk to a manager. She said she was the manager and that was that. Nothing i could do but deal with her ignorance. Thanks a lot enterprise of newmarket!!! I will literally go out of my way to go to the Aurora location where they are friendly and actually helpful. Jamie could learn a thing or two from them!!!

First time renter here, they answered all my questions very well. On the day of pick-up I was surprised of how fast/efficient the transaction was. Friendly staff and they went above and beyond to help me set-up/check-out. Will see you again guys :)

Super fast, knowledgeable and friendly service. Picked up us in the car available for rest and did the contract on a tablet in the parking lot in 5 minutes! Very impressed! Also, great price.
