I’ve travelled all over Canada, I’ve rented cars, trucks and vans all over the country and I’ve dealt with many rental agencies. This location is by far the worst place I have ever tried to rent a car from. The customer service is non existent and the people at this location are extremely rude. I highly recommend you do not rent a vehicle here.

WARNING!!!!! The manager is a liar DO NOT rent a car from this location. He refused my relatives credit card without even attempting to process it. He told us that Avis only accepts Canadian credit cards. What kind of a concept is that for a car rental company? He is an A-Hole!!! We ended up renting from another Avis car rental location using the same credit card with no issues at all proving he did lie to us. STAY FAR AWAY FROM Avis at 10619 Yonge St. In Richmond hill.

Very rude, unhelpful & disrespectful manager & staff. Awful service. Worst Customer service ever in North America. Been renting from Avis for the last 20yrs across North America, including Hawaii. Never received such bad service. Stay away from this location if you can. You'll be glad you did!

we recently rented a car from this location. the staff and management are extremely rude. they have no sense of customer service. they made us feel as if we had no choice but to put up with their rude attitude or leave the rental. when we had to extend our rental they were so upset that they hung up on us. i love renting from Avis but not from this location.

I am a newcomer in Canada. I wanted to rent a car and they asked for a credit card. I have applied for it, but haven't received it yet. I asked why the can't just hold whatever amount they need from my debit car and they told me I need a credit card in order to be considered a trust worthy person. Really??? Very dissapointed!
