The service was the right price and wasn't bad if you know a couple of things. Firstly, ACE Rent a Car is operated by Discount Car and Truck Rental so call them for a shuttle bus. The Ace Rent a Car toll free number is a US number and can't help. Secondly, the location is off site, so don't bother looking for it at the airport. Other than that the staff were friendly and I ended up with a vehicle so everything worked out ok.

Pick up wasn’t easy- there was no sign saying it was Ace, and when we called they said the pick up was at the airport terminal- when we drove there we couldn’t find it so we called AGAIN and we had to drive back to where we had began with a sign that only read ‘Discount’. Once we found it, everything else ran smoothly, and the lady we were dealing with was very nice. But to sum it up, to save everyone one else the headache, it’s in the Delta Hotel on Dixon Road with a sign displaying the company as ‘Discount’

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The fact that myself and at least 20 other customers didn't actually get a rental car will inform most of this review... I had booked a car for my girlfriend's birthday, the rental company was located off airport and a shuttle bus was meant to pick us up and take us to the rental company. After waiting an extra 30 minutes, and not being able to connect with anybody in the office we decided to take a taxi to the office. When we arrived we were met with around 20 people, some of whom had already been waiting for longer than an hour. We were told that they had no cars available for any of these people and every time we tried to talk to a member of staff from discount cars, they were dismissive, rude, and walked away from us quickly. They didn't seem to care at all about the customers they were letting down and refused to take any responsibility. When my girlfriend phoned ace cars to try and rectify the situation, she was told by a customer service representative that it was nothing to do with them and that discount cars needed to sort it, before hanging up on her. Despite having a reservation confirmation number, we waited for over an hour, I had to cancel the plans I had made for my girlfriend's birthday, and we left with no car and having to get an uber home. The shuttle bus didn't leave the parking lot the entire time, we saw others arriving via taxi and when we demanded that they return us to the airport, one member of staff told us to go and ask the nearby hotel if they had a shuttle bus we could use. Absolutely awful service, a ruined birthday and not one apology from anyone. The deposit has not been returned and because we had to cancel the plans we had we also lost that deposit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This place is next to Delta hotel. The board says it is Discount Car Rental. They do not let you rent the car without buying insurance from them.

The staff is really friendly, the cars are fine. But, we waited for 40 mins after our (first of three) calls to them before we got picked up by the shuttle from the airport. After dropping the car back off and being told to wait at the shuttle for our ride back to the airport, no driver showed up. If we hadn't gone back in to ask, we would have been waiting for the driver to get back from lunch. Nobody bothered to check and get another driver. Overall, the hassle isn't worth the couple of bucks you save..
