Went to pickup the car in the morning, the process was fast, as I did book it online. Dropping the car was fast as well, didn't spend more than 5 minutes. The car was clean, it runs good and extending the rental period was easy to do over the phone.

Me and my 5 friends had a van booked here online, and as we were under 25 we were concerned we could not rent the van properly. However, the website did not stop or notify us that there would be an issue with renting this van as long as we paid the under-age fee. The day prior to our trip (that was already paid for $300+ investment each), we get to the store to find out we are not allowed to rent minivans even if we pay the fee. Not only had we rented a minivan the year before from a downtown location, the store "manager" could do nothing but blame it on their system. Regardless of the issue there should have been a notification on the website upon completion of the car booking. Overall the manager was utterly useless, Dollar could have potentially cost us over $2000 in hotel booking fees if I had not managed to acquire a minivan last minute from a much more reliable company. Would never recommend this company to anybody, and I'm not sure what I expected. You get what you pay for and with a "Dollar" rent a car a truly 1-dollar service was received.
