I would thoroughly recommend this place. I had a great experience and the car was just what I asked for. 👍

Nice staff very helpful.

First I go to pick up the vehicle and the car isn't ready for 30 mins even after I reserved it 2 days in advance. The employee apologized and that was fine, things happen. The day I got to return the rental, NO ONE IS EVEN THERE TO RETURN THE KEYS TO. After 30 mins I left and still no one was there. Now I know there is a drop box, but I'm still liable for the condition of that car until they check it in. Its called professionalism. If your sign says you open at 8am, then be there for 8am. Hopefully someone else opens a rental place in Fergus, the options suck right now.

Horrible service rude manager that has no problem yelling at other tenants in the building for no reason just to stroke there ego time to grow up and be professional, I was going to be a customer but after hearing this fight I will never use them ! EVER!!!!
