So far I have always been very impressed with the service my partner and I have received! They will do their very best to accommodate your needs and service here has always been top notch. Quick, friendly, and flexible very wonderful. Also we have always enjoyed the cars we've rented from them!

Thank you Natasha for the exceptional customer service, out of all the car rental experiences I have had over the years travelling through Canada and the US this location has by far been the most courteous and professional.

Make sure you make a Reservation.... Called a week in advance to book a car rental, and was told to just show up the day of and bring my Drivers licence and Credit card. It wasn’t made clear that we would need a reservation, and they did not have anything left but a large pickup truck. Had I not requested a discount for their error, we likely would have paid $80-$100 more than we were expecting. Will make sure we make a reservation next time, but was unfortunate that it wasn’t mentioned when we called, as we were one vehicle away from being left without a ride at all.
