Recently, we had to rent a cube van from Discount Truck in Orangeville and were quite impressed with the quality of service we received from the staff we dealt with both on the phone (Orangeville Team) and when we picked up the truck. They answered our questions and went over the details of the contract. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we were very impressed that it was almost a brand new truck which we didn’t expect and it was clean both inside and out. We highly recommend this location.

My fiancé rented a car and the older woman had an attitude and wasn’t sure about anything when doing a walk around inspection. Made us very hesitant.

I live in Grand Valley so I called to make sure they were open. Said I'd be there in 20-30 minutes. When I got there there was a sign on the door saying "be back in 30" and this was on a Saturday when they are only open for a few hours.

FANTASTIC Customer Service. Monique and the other service desk personnel I've interacted with are exceedingly friendly, patient and helpful. Always a great experience!
