Great deals on single day rentals. We used a van to get some furniture moved and had it all day driving about 300km back and forth and paid the same 20 bucks as if I'd only used it locally. Great value but be prepared to show your insurance coverage on a non owned vehicle or the price does go up as you'll need their insurance. But if you have your own, can provide it, and cover the gas, you'll have a good value rental that can't really be beat.

I reserved a car online for the weekend. Around 4pm on the Friday, I get a call, asking if I can come in earlier than 530pm even though they close at 6pm. He was like if I don't come before 530pm, then I would have to pick up the car on Saturday morning. Making me leave work early from downtown. I get there, no appreciation for coming early. Once he gets the paperwork done, he asked if I was taking their insurance and i said no. He was like "how you gonna insure it then?" I haven't read anywhere saying I'm obligated to take their insurance. Can this guy get anymore rude? First and last time I'm renting from Discount. Sticking to my Budget/Avis in Ajax. I thought Enterprise was bad but this is even worse. I would stay away.

Very unprofessional customer service rep. They did not want to rent to me because I had a better rate then a walk in customer. They gave me a contract for a truck and took it away because they could rent it for higher. Avoid this place at all costs. Enterprise in Ajax is much better service.

Customer service is Terible well beyond terible. Staff knowledge is poor and with regret will never return to this location. Promises to under achieve and lots of lies. 1 star is lucky for them too bad there is not negative stars for this location.

These guys were so easy and accommodating. No issues with renewing when I needed the vehicle a couple extra days. Very friendly and professional.
