STAY AWAY!! There are hidden costs; in the end, I paid the same as I would have with a good rental company. They hadn't cleaned the car; there were footprints on the windshield. The car had power-nothing, not even A/C in this sweltering summer weather. It's really not worth it.

Almost ruined our holidays. Made a reservation for a week long xmas rental, with extra snow tires. Got online confirmation, called a few days prior to double check and make sure they had our car coming. Told "they don't take reservations on long weekends" which is total BS as we have reserved a car just fine before for Canada Day long weekend. Also told "the website doesn't work properly", clearly. What's the point in having a reservation service if you don't actually use it. They didn't have any cars left the two days beforehand, or the morning of. Each time I called in, told "I don't know how many are being returned tonight, call tomorrow we may have something for you" Thankfully AVIS had a few left, way up north. Every other company was out by then, as it was days before christmas. Now looking at the other reviews, seems I'm not the only one. And yeah, those 5 star reviews are the Manager and someone he knows. CBC Marketplace worthy

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!! SCAMMERS! Do not rent from here. They are a bunch of theives. Claimed they paid a parking ticket, I had already paid. Ticket was $60, they charged me $95. When I told them I had a recipet and they should provide me with their copy, manager said he would look into it. I called the city of Toronto to check and they said there was only one payment made, the one I made when I got the ticket. I called back and let them know and the manager again said he would look into it. It's been over a month and nobody has called or attempted to provide me with proof that they made a payment, I have my receipt. So now I will just let everybody know that this company does underhanded things to make money off of their customers. They also tried to charge me a $25 dollar fee to return the funds I provided as a hold. I argued that they should of let me know about the charge before hand, not after when they are supposed to release the funds. And it was not written any where in the contract. If I could give 0 stars I would. And they charged me for an extra day. Just a total rip off company. Consumers beware. Do not rent from this place.

I used to rent from these guys , and they are a rip off, the amount they charge I might as well go totally brand new.. They are a rip off and I will never go back. Last car I got the seat belts didn t work in the back and I have a 5 year old. You can clearly see I am not the only one with a bad review
