The representative is not properly trained and has some language issues. I was a walk in customer who wanted to rent a Uhaul. She had to call someone up to walk her through the process(in some other language) but she still could not get it. I ended up doing the process on my phone and just took the keys from her. I would suggest others to do the same.

LESS THAN ONE STAR!!! Reserved 28' truck for today's move from Oshawa. Got a call that they can't give us our truck but INSTEAD.. offered TWO 15' trucks and to pick them up in PETERBOROUGH instead of Oshawa.. a TWO hour round trip AWAY!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? We have all our guys here, ready to go, only one extra driver (for our SINGLE truck rental and our two hour drive north - ONE WAY! ) and our move is off to a LOVELY start! Now we have to leave a car here in Oshawa and come back to pick it up tomorrow. FUN!! Off to Peterborough we go!!! They better have those two trucks available or I'm gonna lose my mind!! 😠

Smooth and efficient pick-up.

On returning the truck, the attendant overcharged me by $25.55 (incl. Tx.) When I challenged it he simply said call Uhaul. First he had refused to give me my receipt then and there. He kept saying it would be emailed. Only after I insisted, did I realize that he was overcharging me for the truck. When I picked up the truck, it was just over half tank. I drove 40 klms. and filled $12.00 gas. He said I should have added $23.00 gas. What a joke.
