Good rental company which takes care of its customer, always provide you the best car available. All their cars are almost new with low milega and always neat n clean. I always find rates much better then any other rental car company

Service was okay but people there seemed quick to make deals or suggestions that mihht make you fel like there was a deal to be had.

Great location. Needed a car rental due to an accident. Conor Abrahams has excellent customer service and is very helpful. No complaints whatsoever with Enterprise.

Local Guide · 7 reviews · 3 photos I brought my car into Tony Grahmn for warranty work where a rental was provided at the Dealerships expense via Enterprise. This ultimately being my first time renting with Enterprise, or anyone for that matter, I inquired about any additional fees I should be aware of, which Coner Abrahams told me were being covered at Tony Grahams expense. I then asked about Insurance and if I could purchase any for the rental vehicle, where he informed me I seemed to be covered or "good" for that too. At this point, a 100$ deposit was collected from my VISA/DEBIT, which happened to be declined. At this point, in front of Coner, I took out my phone while he was in possession of my card, and immediately transferred money into the account via my mobile banking app, which was accessible right away. I informed Coner that the money was available and he should try again. I would only find out later that he did not in fact put another payment through, as he also did not request any ulterior method of payment at the time, despite my verbal request about insurance. He was also aware I was a first time renter, as well. Unfamiliar with the system. I then signed the contract under the impression that I was insured (since Coner neglected to request any additional payment from me) on the vehicle. Proceeded outside for the inspection, received the keys and I was on my way. Worst case scenario happens. The rental (a 2018 Hyundai Elantra) is side swiped by another driver while I was on my way back to drop off the car. An accident where I was not at fault, thankfully. I am now told I am liable for upwards of 1000$ worth of damage because the car was not "insured". I spoke with Coner several times about this situation, where he has vehemently denied the entire interaction, stating "That is not how he does business, and he would never go about a sale in such a way, ect." and to my understanding the car not being insured has something to do with my VISA not working correctly at the time, despite myself rectifying the situation for another payment attempt. He continues to deny that I ever asked about insurance, which turns this whole thing into a 'his word against mine' situation, and me not being Anderson Cooper from CNN, i obviously wasn't recording our conversation at the time, so admittedly I have no proof of this interaction except for my own recollection. If it's any consolation, I am a Logistics Manager myself. I work out of a Bed Bath and Home store in Stittsville, and I know for certain if one of my cashiers has a customer with a declined VISA card, they don't give over the product anyway and tell them to "have a good day, we'll see you next time" There's a due process involved with requesting alternative payment, a practice I'm curious as to why Conner didn't attempt. I also had with me other forms of payment, I could have used MasterCard, American Express, Debit. I was completely prepared to pay the extra fee to have the vehicle covered, so I'm frankly curious as to just what happened exactly? This whole situation, as both a customer and a manager, is both frustrating and extremely unnerving. If I could have payed an extra 100$ or 60$ to avoid this whole catastrophe, I obviously would have, and was prepared to do so at the time. And even worse Conner denies me ever asking the question in the first place, telling me it's up to the renter to make sure it's covered. Isn't that what asking about insurance entails? How can my verbal request for insurance be interpreted as a declination on the rental agreement? Doesn't make any sense. It should also be noted that I have made 4 attempts to contact their risk manager Abed Moustafa, leaving two messages in the process, without success. Not surprised. I would give zero stars if Google would allow such a rating. They don't even deserve one. Shame on Coner Abrahams, and shame on Enterprise. You will never receive my business again. Sincerely, Not Impressed
