Picking up our rental was speedy and easy but came with sharp commentary on our insurance choices and the distinct impression we were bothering the service representative with our...rental choice? existence? demeanor? We got our car quickly and efficiently though so that's what matters.

Excellent service and great fleet of cars. I will definitely be renting from Alamo again. Nice touch sending an email of the nearest refueling location a day before drop off.

Alamo always gives me great service. I arrived a little early and my car was not ready so to not keep me waiting they upgraded me at no charge from a Chevy Impala to an IKEA Sedona minivan. Definitely was a pleasure driving that car for 3 weeks. When I arrived I couldn't find the cigarette lighter which was tucked away near the floor. I brought my own GPS to use and so ask the attendant for help and he gladly came out and showed me without making me feel like a fool. Returning the car was a breeze as I simply had to put the key in the door lock box. I had expected to spend 30 minutes at a busy Airport with inspection and people ahead of me but I was out as quickly as I could take the bags out of the car. Overall experience as usual with olive oil was great.

Service was prompt and friendly. Vehicle was immediately available amd clean. Return was easy and quick. Price was right. I would recommend Alamo.

Excellent service from Hiva Mikail. Price was a bit steep and it's ridiculous that online bookings are ignored and they don't stock any compact/economy cars.
