If you want the best quality service ever when it comes to fixing your car, don't go anywhere else. The courtesy, professionalism, and service cannot be beat. Add to that free rental cars while yours is being repaired and you don't have to wonder why this shop gets such high ratings. They certainly deserve them.

Had my windshield replaced, staff was friendly and accommodating. Service was excellent and they went way above any expectations, returning my vehicle detailed, and even buffed out scratches. Not only was my windshield replaced, there was no evidence of the wear and tear that our family of six puts our van through. It is so amazing to find local business like Kanata Collision and Auto Glass!

*This review is based on ongoing issues over five months following an accident. Our Santa Fe was in a fender bender last fall, extensive front end damage. Warren and his team took their time every step of the way, and our car was fully restored to its original condition. Six weeks later, electrical problems began. Warren, not knowing if this was a result of his work or not, again took care of our car. Parts warranty covered new alternator and battery, and then he absorbed other diagnostic/transportation costs, showing that when he took our car into his shop, he took full responsibility of the quality of his work. This owner understood that this kind of issue is hard to diagnose and difficult to put your finger on. Other mechanics would say the car was fine, but Warren knew through experience that electrical issues require a lot of attention. Our car is now running good as new. I'm currently in Pembroke, and will continue taking the Santa Fe into Kanata Collision for the best service ever. Have a wee chat with Warren's Irish dad Roy if you get the chance, he's a sweetie

Excellent service from start to finish! The price quoted was the price invoiced, repairs were completed within the time stated, and the car was sparkling clean upon receipt. Definitely the place to go for exceptional, quality service!

My wife brought our vehicle to Kanata Collision to have a windshield replacement. She was very pleased with their professional and personal services. Not only was it same day service but they offered her transportation to and from home. In the interim, not only did they wash the vehicle but they also cleaned/detailed the interior. Needless to say we were very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend Kanata Collision.
