The best car rental service I ever have! The managers are nice and patiently, the vehicles are always well-prepared (snow-tires on in winter), and the price is great. I've been here twice and compared to my personal experiences (more than 20 times) from any other car rental companies all over Ottawa-Gatineau, I would say yes this is the best one! The only issue is the distance(a little bit far from ottawa), and I received the pick-up service (at history museum). And trust me, it's worth to even take an uber for renting the car from here.

Great customer service at the counter in Gatineau. I am very happy to see that they served me in English as I struggle with my French. The low rate for the KMs was also a bonus for the moving truck.

The Service is good but there is 2 things i didnt like,1st is how the windshield was clean(inside the car) on the passenger side its like someone splash a brevage on the glass and second is you told me i need to get a xtra insurance in case something break down on the car when i found out by my insurrance that I DIDNT need this xtra,this is why i return the loanner and ill wait for my car to be fix.... what u can do is not selling something what the client dont even needs and make sure to clean the entire car, has i mention the windshield was dirty so i left it the way it was since u gave it to me like this but what i dirty myself i did clean it

They are liars and cheaters. They asked me to initial and sign the contract and the girl working there said that everything was included in the price. Then when I got my bill, I actually signed to have additional insurance which is more expensive and she NEVER mentionned anything, but was supposed to. Then they gave me the truck and said it is supposed to be full but it’s not so I’m gonna have to try and fill it up at the same level. When I got my bill they charged me a fill up fee and additional fee for gas even though at was at the same level. So to rent a truck for half a day it ended up costing 155$ which is a ridiculous amount. In the end, the service was bad, they lied on two accounts and they when I called they said they would reimbourse me but they did not, so here, another lie.

Friendly service, I did get my vehicle so no complaints there. Needless to say I called the day before to make sure they had cars available for my me.
