This place is perfect when you are looking for a rental vehicle. Has very friendly and helpful staff. And I really mean it - they do care, call you for updates and keep their word. You may end up getting a car with a bubble gum on the windshield and slightly dirty interior though. Also renting in winter months may not provide you with the best driving experience since they don't put winter tires on their rentals. I am still giving them five stars anyways.

I had a last minute emergency. Josh and his staff to the rescue. These guys went above and beyond for me and it was clear they are like that for each and every one of their clients. It is rare to find a whole staff equally as nice. Cars are in pristine condition! Outstanding! Thank You!

Got really great service when dealing with Josh. He remembers his customers and goes out of his way to improve our experience. Unfortunately, this location gets a lot of business, so there is a lot of turn over on vehicles. You can reserve a class of car, but if you are lucky about the model, you have to call shortly before heading over to check what they have.

Rented as an Executive National member through the enterprise website. After the rental was completed I noticed on my statement that I did not receive my rental credit. after calling National, it turns out this location does not participate in emerald program. There was no disclaimer on the website or at location of this that I would not receive my points. Its a great location, agents are fantastic, but will not rent here again as they don't honor emerald club rental credits.

Car was scheduled for service at a near buy shop. Had placed rental reservations 5 days earlier. When I showed up they had screwed up my reservation. No cars where available. Would not drop me 15 minutes into Newmarket. Staff wasn’t acomidating or concerned. Kept hearing the same excuse to multiple customers coming in. Very unprofessional!
