The staff here are really wonderful and go above and beyond. They are very quick to respond, very thorough, follow-up, and I've had an amazing experience here from start to finish. Will was helping me, and he was superb from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to renting from here in the future. Ask for Will, he always does an amazing job and works hard to give a 5-star experience. Liana and Sophie were very friendly and helpful as well. Nothing less than a perfect experience. Thank you.

A few days ago, I rented a vehicle from the 505 Kent Drive Branch in Newmarket. I would like to mention the exceptional service I have once again, received from two employees working there. Brandon and Sophie are always extremely accommodating and efficient. Their attention to detail and their obliging manners always make my “rental experience” a trouble-free occasion. It is exactly this kind of outstanding service that brings us back again and additionally makes it easy for us to recommend Enterprise to our friends and business associates. Please extend my thanks to Brandon and Sophie and keep up the good work!

Great staff and a good selection of cars and just around the corner from home.

My brand new truck was hit just over a week ago. Had enterprise call me advising me there would be a rental vehicle equivalent to what I drive waiting at the shop when I drop off my truck. There was no vehicle waiting when I got there and we almost left with just my work van and no rental until a customer picking up his repaired truck also dropped off his rental to the shop and was somehow re rented to us by the auto body shop on enterprises behalf also by coincidence as the shop had no information on any rentals or that we were coming to drop off our vehicle for repair. We have 3 kids and need a vehicle with backseat room and was given a small Nissan pickup truck with literally no room in the back. Enterprise has told me they have no other vehicles to give us. Crazy that had this small pickup not been returned at the same time we dropped off our vehicle we would have been left with no rental and have to drive from keswick to Newmarket to get one. They have no care that we have a family and we cannot fit our family comfortably into this vehicle. Would have happily taken a full size car or suv anything with decent size back seat. Would not recommend to anybody. This company doesn’t care about its customers at all. This is the second time I’ve had a rental from enterprise after the 2nd non fault collision and also the 2nd time I’m given something much smaller then what I normally drive.

Really good staff. Open early in case you need a car for emergencies in the morning. Nice dropbox feature for key drop off so you can drop off a vehicle even when the facility is closed. Office is tucked away on a side street which is not all that optimal, but it's safe for the cars. Pricing is decent if a bit expensive.
