Discount Car & Truck Rentals Newmarket is the best rental place in town. The customer service is excellent and the vehicles are always clean and well maintained. My friend just rented from Thrifty and had a horrible experience with the guy there yelling at her. At Discount I have never had a bad experience and when I happen to rent when Kevin is working makes the whole experience so much better. Kevin by far is my favorite!

After reading the horrible reviews for the Aurora UHaul location we reached a little further north to Discount. There were initially no cargo vans available but a man named Kevin called a little later saying he had found one for us if we wanted it. Impressed by this initiative we went for it and after going through the easy, courteous and most importantly "no surprises" experience, we wouldn't go anywhere else! Kevin mentioned that he'd taken over this location only a month prior. I predict that Kevin will do very well.

I recently reserved a cube van online for the Aurora location which was fast and easy to do. When the day came to pick up the vehicle, I was told the vehicle was delayed and would be ready a few hours later. I had hired some workers to help me move some goods and when I explained my situation to Kevin, he immediately sprung into action and arranged for me to pick-up another vehicle at the Newmarket location. It's important to understand that sometimes things don't turn out as planned but it's how we react to solve the issue that is the important part. I highly recommend Kevin and his team for excellent customer service. He was polite, courteous and quick to help through all the steps. If you need a rental vehicle call Kevin.

They had nothing to rent us when our truck is in for repair. My truck was hit by someone and now I’m paying for it. Called and they said they have 2 GMC Yukon’s at the moment but after the guy talked to a manager there was nothing to rent out. Trying to get a vehicle with equivalent room to our F150. Not too picky just need something with leg room for 3 not so little kids while the truck is being repaired for an insurance claim. Both discount and enterprise have nothing available. Would not recommend this company unless disappointment is your thing.
