I was there after 5 and it was pretty busy, lots of cars being returned. The service was pretty good and they got me a car even though I had to wait a bit while they dug it out if their garage. Equally pleasant the following day when I returned my car. I've been there with my wife on a Monday morning. Avoid that if you can.

Some of the people there a horrible to deal with and don’t look for small things such as if the car has full washer fluid and if it is clean before they give it to you but if you deal with Josh, you’re in good hands. Josh is the man, makes sure everything if right before you’ll leave and his very patient with you. Josh works with you until a solution is found! Thank you josh! Always ask to deal with him!

David went above and beyond to get me the exact vehicle I wanted and provide an outstanding level of service. He even waited after close when I told him my train home from work was delayed. Upon arrival he showed me a couple different vehicles to make sure my needs were met. In the end the vehicle I was provided with was nearly brand new and spotless. I would absolutely rent from this location again especially if I had the pleasure of having David as my rep - he really went the extra mile. Paul

Great service and friendly staff. Everyone was helpful. We rented the Chevrolet Surbaban for our road trip to Chicago . I highly recommend . It was very spacious, powerful and just a fun ride. Very good on gas on the highway. Keep up the great work!
