Used Bristol to rent a cargo van to move my son to university. Brad’s excellent customer service made my experience so seamless. His ability dealing with the public is bare none. Will definitely recommend to friends and I will be a return customer in the future for sure!

We were referred to Bristol by a friend. We have used most of the other companies to move our son to and from university. This time it was a pleasure to be able to say that Brad and his team at the Richmond Hill location were super friendly, the vehicle was what we needed and the price was right. Great job.

As a tourist, you tend to go for the regular Hertz or chain rental but we were so glad that these big corps where carless at the time because then we found Bristol! Not only does it feel great to support a local business but the prices were very fair and the service was impeccable! The owners were patient with our credit card issues and were happy to help whenever possible. Will definitely use them again and I recommend them to any one looking for affordable rentals and AMAZING service. Thank you for adding to our already great trip!
