Estrada Car rental provided me with a car at the time of my accident and when I asked to swap it as it was a bit large for my liking they did it without question. When my rental coverage started getting low I asked to get into a cheaper car and they also took care of me by putting me in a much more reasonable civic. Stewart was always pleasant and willing to help and the whole process was quite pleasant as they dropped me off at the end of it all where I needed to go to pick up my car. Thanks Estrada.

I rented a vehicle here at the recommendation of the tow truck driver, after I was rear ended. I used the rental for two weeks, paid for by insurance. When the insurance refused to pay for an extra day while I waited for my new vehicle, the rental company offered to give me a discounted rate, which was great. What was even greater, was that the owner, Steward (not sure of the spelling) waived the extra day rental charge when I took the vehicle in, and he even gave me a ride to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. Great! Great! Great!

4 star rating based on good customer service and a reasonable rental experience. The first car they provided was a fancy brand name but smelled like smoke. It was not acceptable and I complained and they replaced it the next day. Stewart (owner) was accessible and helpful in explaining the process and responding to my inquiries. He followed through on what he said he would do. I was quite skeptical based on the reviews on line but I was pleasantly surprised even though the initial car was not acceptable. I don't know that they charged my insurance company so from that perspective, I have no input but the car was nicer and more in line with my car relative to the car the insurance company would otherwise have provided me.
