This place is an absolute nightmare. In fact, the entire company is run terribly, and individual stores have no idea what's going on between the stores. Somehow, these people have the ability to issue bookings, but can't complete them. Had to wait an hour and a half for a truck that never showed, and then travel to another location to get a trailer to meet that volume, and that guy wasn't there for 45 min. Honestly. Check out a Penske or a budget or carry your stuff on your back, it'll be easier than dealing with U-Haul.

If I could take away stars I would but the only way to leave a warming for anyone looking to rent from this monster is to leave at least one star. For anyone looking to rent from this location, heres some strong advice for you...LOOK ELSEWHERE, especially if you are a women. I had to take my husband back the next day as I felt threatened due to his very intimidating behavior. The owner Parmar "Paul", wouldn't give his name someone else in the office had to give on his behalf, obviously has had absolutely no good customer service experience and greatly lacks any respect for others. Save yourself the experience I had even if he gives you the rental for free! Which he won't he will only try to hike rates and ripe you off. Oh and when you go to pay he will give you no explanation as to the over charges, and proceed to call you a problem as "he's been doing this for 5yrs and can spot a problem when "IT" walks through the door and I cant do math"! This was just one example of his unprofessional behavior. When I went back the following day, with my husband, I was on the phone with uhaul head office trying to rectify the situation in the parking lot and the operator could hear "Paul" and my husband screaming outside the car. Operator was horrified to hear how abusive the owners behavior was towards us. I could go on but I hope you get my point. USE THIS LOCATION AT YOUR OWN RISK!
