Great location for an Enterprise, as it is great if just leaving the airport and needing that quick rental. This place is five minutes or less from Londons International Airport. The staff here are great and will get you into whatever type of vehicle that your family may require while you are visiting the city. Evenn if here just on business by yourself, they will get you the vehicle that suits you and the needs you will be using it for. The staff are pleasant a d friendly. As it is a fairly new location all is so very nice a d new. There is tons of parking, and the whole facility from parking to going indoors is totally is wheelchair friendly. Please do 'Smash' that thumbs up button if you thought my review was helpful in anyway.  Thank-you!

Anytime we need a rental for unforeseen circumstances with our vehicle we get our vehicle from here it's close by, this time we gotten a Black Nissan rogue 2019, whomever cleaned the vehicle before we got the rental was sick, "typhoid Mary or Larry" thanks to your cleaner we have never been this ill in years. Time to either tell your staff that are sick to stay home and get a flu shot you deal with the public use your heads. Not impressed by any means

Pasha and Sarah are absolutely phenomenal and worked incredibly hard to make sure that I could still get out despite a crazy morning (my own fault!). Amazing customer service. If you need a rental, contact this location and ask to speak to Pasha or Sarah. You will not be disappointed!

Staff were fantastic and friendly but watch out for what actually gets charged to your account. Booked online, was informed the total would be about $35, upon arrival added insurance, was told i would the total would be $50 and change (which i thought was fair) Checked my account and was charged $284....over 5x the amount quoted...currently in the process of waiting to be contacted by a regional manger as the location i rented from is closed today. This is my first rental experience and safe to say i will not likely return to enterprise. Also the car smelled like wet dog, stinky feet and mildew, not ideal for my 2 hour drive 😦

Stress free experience, friendly and professional staff. Small negative was the surprise $0.94 extra daily license recovery fee. All these fees should be in the rental price.
