Excellent and friendly customer service early on a Saturday morning. The attendant explained everything clearly and incorporated some humour into the mix and wished me well with my move. A pleasant experience!

I've rented from discount before and every time I do it's always a pleasure. I found that the pricing was very reasonable and competitive. I booked online and they didn't have the particular car that I had booked so they gave me an upgrade. The staff are very friendly and professional!

Worry-free and great experience until I was charged for a fee that was not explained to me. I thought I was in good hands following an accident when I was hit. At this hectic time of getting a rental the individual was professional and the process was quick. Upon returning the vehicle an unknown charge was applied to my account. During this unfamiliar and vulnerable experience I trusted that this unfortunate event would have no impact on me. As it seemed and as I was ensured, everything was taken care of. As a result of this fee, when calling to address it there was not much response to care and I was treated with no respect towards my concern.

Very fast, prompt, and knowledgeable service. I have rented here over the last few moves that I have had to make and it all has went as smoothly as possible. My second last move I needed the car for an extra 2 hours b/c of the buildings landlord and the booked elevator service. I called them up and because they seen my customer loyalty there was no extra charge. Try that one at U-Haul ... you would be charged a whole extra day at full price, regardless if you are over by 1 minute or even 5 minutes. They have your credit card so the charVR will be made! ... I recommend this place for sure, over all the rest. If you did find my information helpful, please 'smash' that thumbs up button! ... Thank-you.

I have been renting car from Discount for the past 4+ years. I have rated from other companies to but here is the top reason I want to rent from Discount and from certain branches and to work with certain employees: I feel I am treated as a human, not a figure or a dollar bill! The human spin the branch manager and the area manager bring to their work day in and day out, have made me an avid renter. Kayla and Mike are both amazing people and the staff they train are also always hand picked, personable and friendly people.
