I have had amazing experience at this location. Special Thanks to Kyle, Stacey and Chris for their amazing customer service. They always make sure that they fulfill all customer needs and never make any customer unhappy. I prefer Enterprise because of them. They are definitely the pillars of this location. All 3 of them are very nice and extremely professional. Excellent job.

The service was absolutely amazing! I rented a car for 5 days. The rental was great and clean; they answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I left. The service associates were so friendly and personable. I will definitely recommend enterprise for any friends and family who need a rental!! Thank you!!

Had a horrible experience for the first time with enterprise (we always had a better experience with other employees). We booked a full-size car and when we got to pick it up, Kyle told us there aren't any full-size vehicle left which is a normal happening. He suggested us to pay an extra $10 for an SUV or downsize to a mid-size car. He said it's a glitch from Costco and they can't stop the booking even after being over booked. We were a little upset by then and asked him to call another location to check for a full-size vehicle which he happily did and confirmed there are nothing available. His response after the call "We don't have anything available, do you want to take this or cancel it?" We asked him the price for a different vehicle and he was by then impatient and said "You won't get it, tell me you want this or jot". I had to tell him, the question was about the price and not booking it. And he got impatient at his colleague (Tajpal) and acted a little rude. He ended up holding $385 on the second driver's credit card (during drop off we asked him to charge the primary driver). After dropping off, we asked him to drop-off at home and he simply denied saying it's too far and you fall under another Enterprise's territory. We would like to be Enterprise's loyal customer and would like to be treated well from Kyle.

Great service. The car was a little dirty but aside from that everything else was great.

This was my first rental car, and Taj and Kyle made the experience enjoyable! Very friendly service, helpful advice and a great rental SUV. I'd highly recommend them!
