Great customer service. Provided very clean new car. When I had an issue, J.R helped me with it. Will use enterprise above all others when looking for my next rental.

Spencer and the rest of the team at the Oxford location are always courteous, helpful, and professional. They will give you updates if there are any delays with picking you up and are very thorough when showing you all the features of your rental car. They are the best!

I was in my 2nd car crash in a month ( neither my fault ) and my insurance set me up with Enterprise-Rent-A-Car on Oxford St West, in London. I have been renting cars from them for 15 years and never had any issues at all. They are friendly and service oriented. A special shout-out to Jean-Luc there who is a consummate professional. I think you should give him a raise and promote him to a VP of public relations, he is that good:-))

I rent vehicles for business trips when I dont want to take my own vehicle. I rented 3 times in the last year from this location always under my name and always using my wife's credit card. My wife kept her last name when we we're married and out of the blue this has become and issue with Enterprise? Went to pick up and SUV this morning for another business trip and they wanted to charge us an additional $10 per day because my wife didn't bring a bill to show them we live together and it was going on her credit card? This has NEVER been brought up before and it's ALWAYS booked under my name and reserved on her card. If that's your policy fine but at least be consistent so we know what to expect when we arrive. Unfortunately I will never rent from any Enterprise again after this.
