I recently booked a truck rental here and at first my experience was great. The representative I dealt with over the phone was friendly and helpful and I was able to get a quote and all my questions answered easily. I called back less than an hour later to book the rental and the rate I was quoted had changed from $207 to $307!! This is an unacceptable company policy to me, the price I am quoted should be the price I pay if it's booked within the same business day at least. I am extremely dissatisfied with this quality of service. I understand that rates change but not $100 in an hour!!!!!!!

Best rates in Ottawa. I dealt with the office on St Patrick's and they were very polite and attentive. My go-to for car rentals.

Double billed me then called and threatened collections if I didn’t pay as they had no record. After speaking with 10 different people, I finally was told that it would be refunded. Three months later, a refund happens without apology or compensation for the inconvenience.

I LOVE this location! A driver picked me up from my home! The staff was incredible super friendly and explained everything! My rental was in perfect condition and smelled great! Upon returning the girls helped set my Google maps to avoid toll routes! They were incredible, so many great things to mention! Dropping me off at work, giving me a great deal with discounts! I'll definitely be back! Next trip will be luxury!! 😉
