Amazing service! Was in a tight bind and needed a rental fast. Not only did I get the best rate, they were able to pick me up and drop me off even though it was well under the 24 hour time period to book it. Lucas and the driver (terribly sorry I didn’t get your name) were awesome! Thanks for helping me out guys! Recommend you anytime!

I booked a small cargo van on Monday to pick up Saturday morning. When I called Friday to confirm pick up time they said they had no record of the booking so I arm screwed for the planned garage cleanup. I suggest you go elsewhere.

Never use these guys. A couple of years back I booked a van through the reservation system and followed up with the local office to confirm. When I went to pick it up the guy at the counter shrugged and told me they didn't have a van. He argued back that the request was filed in the wrong folder as if I did their paperwork. He never tried to offer me alternatives or apologize. He told me to try my luck with Enterprise. Ever since I have used Enterprise. Will never give a dime to Discount again. When I complained on their website they offered me a free rental with several conditions. Never took them up on their offer.

Real cool place - had hired a car for a day as we were waiting for ours to come. Seamless service and really good rates. The only thing which sucks is the insurance added which is pretty expensive. Oh and yeah - I booked a Mazda 2 and they gave me a near brand new Equinox
