Short staffed at all times. I have no idea if they have cars to rent because the phone just rings off the hook most of the time. When they do answer, they are very accommodating, friendly and efficient. Whoever is responsible for staffing this place needs to be tuned up as to the needs of the area.

The only good part of our car accident was the great care we received from Enterprise in Lindsay! From the moment they called to set up our pick up til we took the car back 6 weeks later when our car was finally ready... they made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle we had and offered to exchange it at anytime for a different drive. Thanks guys! You were fabulous!!! Alvin and Val Kennedy

Pleasant people and courteous and were able to accommodate me after I was a victim of an accident. Even came to pick me up too.

Worst car rental place around, got lied to about the car having winter tires (it had all seasons). Got lied to about being reimbursed for gas in the car upon returning it (was not reimbursed). All in all bad customer service and no care for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. RENT A CAR ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE !!!
