Service was good. No complaints about that however it would be nice if the person at the desk smiled a bit more. Not too welcoming to say the least.

The staff at the Kingsway location were very professional, courteous and accommodating. Vehicle was very clean and ready for me on time. I couldn't have found a better rental price in town. Would definitely recommend this company.

There no less than one star otherwise i am dam sure i would have select that option. First of all please train your employee who is serving the customers at front desk. When we ask something related to rent the car they give the answer and at time of payment when we rise the question they go to manager and than change the statement. Moreover at time of car pickup before one hour they say we don’t have any car right now than what is the meaning of the booking in advance.?

I rented a UHAUL for 9 am this morning. I showed up and they didn't have my truck. This is the 3rd time we've had issues with them. We panicked and googled sudbury truck rentals and Discount came up. They said they only had one truck but it was reserved..but when we explained our situation, they told us that if we brought it back later that day then they would give it to us. THEY SAVED THE DAY!!

Tried them out once, and never again. I made a reservation for a car for three days, and when I showed up they told me they didn't have a car for me. When I asked why they didn't call me, they said there was a data entry error with my phone number. I looked at the screen and the area code wasn't even close. That's because their calls go to a call center. Anyone from Sudbury would know that our area code is 705. I am very upset with the incompetence of this organization.
