I rent a 12 passenger van for my family trip in the first week of July'18. I would like to thank Jay's special support - he was scheduled to pick me and my family up in Toronto airport. Unfortunately my flight delayed for almost 24!hours. Jay kept contacting me and managed to arrange the pick up still in the next day early morning. Very good service.

They Provided me a rental as replacement after an accident. Very good service and attention. Convenient pick up/drop off option. I had a max for $1500 and after it was done they took care of me after too.

Rented an Audi Q5 for two weeks. They dropped off the car at Toronto Pearson Airport, which was very convenient. Vehicle drove great and rates were very reasonable.

I searched for 12 passenger van on rent online and I found Real Car Rentals. The guys were amazing and the service charges were really affordable. They provided me with all the information online. I didn't have to visit the office and I got 12 passenger van Ford Transit at my door step on the given time. We really enjoyed our family trip. Thank you guys for such a pleasant experience. Thank you so much! Preet
