This establishment is not well-run. I called a couple times before picking up a truck here and was told both times that the truck (that I reserved) may not be at the place on the day I reserved it for, so I'd have to call back the night before the intended pick-up date. This was okay for me since I was flexible on when I might actually need to use the truck, but for someone on a strict schedule it's ridiculous. I also had extensive discussion with them about NOT using their insurance policy and got details about what my insurance would need to cover in order to decline their policy. I called my insurance and made the appropriate inquires, and arrived with my insurance documents at 7:30 a.m. Discount REFUSED to rent to me without purchasing their insurance unless they talked to my insurance company. So I had to wait half an hour and call my insurance company. During that time, it seemed that they were trying to bump me out of my reservation and were offering me a "large SUV" instead of the cargo van. Apparently they double-booked the van. It was apparent that since I was refusing to give up the van, it was causing them to have to drive to Milton to get another van for another customer. Overall it was a pretty awful experience. Two of the attendants were mostly on my side and were ready to rent the van to me, but there was some awful poindexter manager there who stopped the whole process. It was pretty evident that the attendants DID NOT like her. Probably this location would be much better with different management.

Great people and the prices are unbeatable. It was a welcomed change based on my awful experience elsewhere. Thanks and see you next time!

They were absolutely awesome! Punctual, friendly, check out and check back in were fast. Vehicle was new and did the job well. Absolutely I'd do business with them again!
