My experience was great and the representative at the location Roberto was very helpful and professional. As soon as I gave him my info he found my reservation. I even have a credit note for gas for my next rental since I refueled a little over. Thanks guys.

I booked a Sprinter online on Wednesday to be picked up September 15th at the Keele and 7 location and received a confirmation email. When we went to pick up our truck this morning the guy at the counter had no clue what we were talking about. He was alone behind the counter which is a separate issue (you should probably consider hiring reliable staff that don’t call in “sick” on Saturdays) After some manipulation he was able to locate our rental even though it wasn’t apparently done properly on your end and was thankfully able to accommodate us. That being said this should have been handled properly from the get go. When we got our vehicle the gas gauge was on empty. On a positive note, Ricardo needs a raise. Even being left in the weeds by his conveniently ill coworker he kept his cool. Discount Rental....you guys need to do better especially with the amount of competition out there

Possibly the friendliest staff I've encountered at a rental car office. Extremely thorough and completely accomadating. Will rent from here again.

Can you believe I made a reservation to book a car a week in advance, even got the car rental reminder and when I got to the location, the car was NOT at Discount? How does this happen? The rep tried to call other Discounts that were 'close by' to see if they had a car available for me... and the answer was NO. So you're telling me all 5 Discount rental offices did not have ONE car which I ALREADY RESERVED a week prior? COME ON!!! I didn't even care about what kind of car I got, point is, they had none. All I got was a half-ass apology. What about the crazy last minute inconvenience? This is unbelievable. A car rental company didn't have a car for me to rent even though I booked a week in advance. So crazy all I can do is laugh because what else could I possibly do? I lost money by relying on my rental booking to arrange the errands I had to do that day. I had people relying on me to get things done that I could not due to this. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? I tried to wait it out, 4 hours after my reserved pick up time, and they still couldn't come up with a car. So ALL DISCOUNTS IN ONTARIO didn't have a car? LOL PATHETIC
