Initial experience was good but made the mistake of dropping off vehicle after hours. And then got charged extra 65$ for fuel even though returned vehicle at same level and of course no way to prove it. Lesson learned. Was charged extra and wasn’t sent an invoice.

I rented a car from this Discount location too. Great collection of cars. Very nice and professional people working there. Rates are good. I recommend to rent cars here too.

While our truck rental went well, we were horrified to discover that even though we received 4 emails confirming our rental, it wasn’t actually confirmed and we were just lucky someone else cancelled their rental. While we were checking in. Two other groups were told ‘sorry but you don’t really have a confirmed rental’. The poor people were stuck with no truck and staff essentially saying there was nothing they could do - and that the website should never be used. Seems like a resicukois way to operate a business and I would definitely think twice before renting through Discount again. I am not prepared to trust a company that operates in such an unreliable fashion. Our actual rental, as we were one of the lucky ones to get a truck, was just fine and I would rate it well.

Terrible location. The stuff is very rude and gave us a lot of attitude! I highly recommend manager of this location to hire proper professionals that are able to represent their location in an appropriate way! My friends who used this location were disappointed with costumes service too.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!! What a Scam. could give zero star if I can. Very unfriendly racist staff. Booked online a van for the move to be picked up on this location. Received email confirmation for the van twice including the day before. The day of the pick up when we went, they just said no van for us. Snickered at us talking to themselves "who books a van online??"" Made us look dumb booking online. The staff said I should have called her. Wow. What year are they living? Either call or online booking should work. If not, why have online booking at all? We had to rebook the condo elevator. Lot of loss not being able to move on the day because of them being irresponsible not having the van for us. Never book from this location. Another lady was waiting for a van for over four hours. What a joke! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!
